I'm not even sure why I'm leaving a comment because my stash is big enough to last me several lifetimes!! I have two large plastic boxes of sewing fabric, a smallish clothes basket full of thrifted linen and fabric and I also have my quilting fabric stash and I can't stop myself when I see nice fabric at Spotlight, I have to buy it (just in case)! I'm hopeless and my friends have started calling me the "fabric fondler" which I think sounds a bit sinister!!

Hi Bec! Have been totally lusting after that leaf print fabric so I hope I win!!! My stash is in two parts: quilting fabric in one tub and dressmaking fabric in another. They are both overflowing and I have to sit on the lids to do the snaps! Green is my favourite colour for quilting, but it's also challenging because there are so many tones within 'green'. I do love blue monochromatic quilts though, as well as red and white.

Oh and your husband is extremely handsome, intelligent and has great taste in women. Do I win? LOL

Thank you for the giveaway. My stash is a little more modest, filling one container that's about 40cm x 30cm - I am only new to sewing and quilting and am slowly collecting fabric. My favourite colours are blues and purples. Thanks again xx B.

Hmmm...my favourite colours are purple and red and I am rather embarrassed to admit how big my stash is for someone who beads more than sews! I think my stash fills 5-6 40x40cm plastic bags, don't tell my husband, LOL.

My stash is quite meagre I think, compared to others' I have seen - just a couple of vintage suitcases filled with bits & bobs... some vintage sheets, wool felt etc, not much new stuff at all!

My fave colour, without question, is glorious red..!!

Ummm... my stash is so large that I am finding fabric that I forgot I had *blush*

However I am loving your selection because they would go well with my long term Dear Jane - none of which my large stash actually will cater for ;)

My favorite colour is pink (this week)

Hi Bec's hubby!!!

My stash is still quite small, as I only bought my sewing machine a few months ago. But it's growing quickly - much quicker than I can complete projects! But I'm absolutely loving it, and the excitement of matching colours and patterns. I've made a top and some cushions and coasters, and am about to start on a string quilt.

I'm a writer by trade, and I just love the procrastinatory awesome of my sewing machine - and being able to make creative things without using my head so much!

Hi Bec, My stash is....never big enough, the right fabric simply is never there and I have to go buy the perfect piece for the job at hand..Sound familiar ! At the moment I'm in to pink and green but that could change at any moment ! Thanks for the chance.

Stash, what's a stash? Lol, mine wouldn't even rate as a stash I don't think. I have maybe 5 or 6 metres of different fabrics. I tend to buy as I need at the moment, just so my husband doesn't have a heart attack lol.

My stash is as big as our apartment - cos I when I think I have all my 'stashes' under control, I open another door or move another box and WHAMMO - theres more stashes hidden there!

I just can't help myself with all these great giveaways! I have 2 huge plastic tubs of fabric but I really need more hehehe. Can never have too much fabric!

I actually don't have much of a stash. I have 1 1/2 book shelves with fabric and 1 small box of scraps. I have zero quilting fabric pieces (only scraps) because I only buy what I need. I have never bought fabric because it "looked good" - everything I have is for a purpose, and the leftovers go on the shelf. That's all I am able to do at this time - but I'm not complaining!!! :)
My favourite color is pink.

I reall can't talk about my stash, but I think I hear echoes of sitting on lids to do up several boxes in my craft room! I am addicted and I like soft, natural fabrics...so cotton, silk, linen, bamboo are ALL weaknesses and I don't have a favourite colour...if they come in the above fabric choice...I will probably have to have it regardless of colour! But if I had to say a favourite colour it would be red or pink, of course!

My stash is so large that I tried to fit it into plastic tubs but soon gave up and found a large cupboard through freecycle. Well that is overflowing - I think my stash has a life of its own :) Susan

I have 2 of those large storage tubs full of fabric plus a large shoping bag of scraps. I'm trying to not buy any new fabric until I use some of this up! Hence homemade chrissy pressies this year.
I never said anything about free fabric though...

fingers crossed

I have 2 large boxes of fabric and fabric quarters that I have hoarded since 10 years ago. The collection keeps growing, but I can't help it as I really love beautiful fabrics. I have grand plans for each and every piece.. now just need the time to make them!

Fabric stashes are a bit like those zucchinis that hide under the bottom leaves of the plant, aren't they.... they just seem to grow and grow while you aren't looking, until one day you lift the leaves and think 'My goodness, look at that monster!

However, I have been very restrained for the last 18mnths, and have put mine on a diet and it is looking quite trim at present.

I love autumn shades (sorry, can't just pick one!)

I have a 2 door wardrobe full of fabric, and my favourite colour is blue but amazingly I do not actually have much blue quilting fabric.
